Arrival/Departure Hours

Arrival hours: 15:00 - 22:00

Departure hours: Until 12:00 noon

(Different arrival and departure hours can be made after your request and depending on availability).

Minimum stay 6 nights

Non Show

The non-arrival of the client, which is later than the period referred in Arrival Hours, is defined as Non Show and therefore any deposit or payment has been made is lost and the house is considered free and available to the reservation department.

Delayed Departures

The delayed departures from the house, after consultation with the owner, between 12: 00-18:00 have a surcharge of 50% of the daily house price and 100% after 18:00.

Parking lot

There is parking space on site is available free of charge.

Internet

There is wireless Internet (WiFi) on site and is free of charge.

Cancellation policy

Cancelation 61 and more days before the arrival, happen without any fee

In case of cancellation within 60 days of arrival 50% of the total stay will be withheld unless the house is rented by other customers for the same period of time, then the money will be refunded.

In case of Non Show or early departure 100% cancellation fee will be occurred.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Party

Patries are not allowed.
